Security Improvement Project Funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency
Project Overview
Attawheed Islamic Center is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for security improvement projects funded through a Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) grant.
Qualified contractors are invited to submit bids for one or more of the following project categories:
- Interior and Exterior Security Cameras
- Exterior Security Lighting
- Door Replacement and Hardening
- Access Control Systems
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Enclosed Connector (Bridge)
- Security Services
Contractors may submit bids for one or multiple project categories based on their qualifications.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by email no later than July 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Responses will be issued through a written addendum and distributed to all known prospective bidders.
Reservation of Rights
Attawheed Islamic Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities or irregularities, request additional information from bidders, and award contracts in the best interest of the organization and in accordance with PCCD procurement requirements.
