Attawheed Islamic Center (AIC) today is located in Carnegie, PA and attracts more ~700 patrons, serving the Muslim Community of West Pittsburgh.  Its serving areas include Carnegie, Heidlerberg, Greentree, Scott Township, Collier Township, Dormont, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, South Fayette, North Fayette, Oakdale, Bridgeville, McDonald, Robinson Township, Findlay Township, Moon Township, Baldwin Township, Bethal Park, and other nearby areas. Our History

Attawheed Islamic Center (AIC) was established by graduate students from Saudi Arabia attending University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University and registered on June 12, 1995 with the State of Pennsylvania as a non-profit religious organization providing religious services for Muslims residing in the western areas of Pittsburgh and the western suburbs. At the beginning, it attracted mostly Arab speaking patrons.
