Details About the Program

Virtual Weekend School

Virtual Weekend School is for children ages 6-15.
Weekend School sessions are either Saturdays or Sundays.
Dates for the school are Sep 12, 2020, to May 2021.
Limited seats are available, with yearly tuition is $200/child.
Classes will be held over zoom with 30 minutes for each of the three subjects.
The class size is limited to only 10 students, making it very interactive between the teacher & students.
We will try to provide the books and binders for this programs which will be arranged for curb side pickup.
For classes with all Arab students the teachers will be encouraged to speak in Arabic language when feasible.

Tarbia Program

Tarbiyah refers to the systematic development and the training of children.  There will be weekly 1 hour of zoom session weekly.  This is $100 for the entire year with each additional sibling 50% off.
Kids Weekly Halaqas, ages 7-10: Age-appropriate Halaqa style zoom session will include 30 minutes of Islamic Studies and 30 minutes of Quran.
Tween Weekly Halaqas, ages 11-13: Age-appropriate Halaqa style zoom session for students entering middle school.
Youth/Teen Weekly Halaqas, ages 14-17:  Age-appropriate Halaqa style zoom session for students entering High School.  This will be on the current format of Young Musllims running in the Masjid.

Financial aid

Attawheed strongly believes in giving Islamic education to all the community, regardless of their financial situation.  We understand that a lot of people have been affected by COVID19 shutdown.  If you are facing financial difficulty for the tuition then please contact at 412-344-4404 so that your child is registered with financial aid Insha Allah.
